The weather is getting better in Dubai and I’m super excited to do my first top 5 round up on exciting fitness and wellness events! Here are my top 5 that are coming up soon (Hint: Two are this weekend!).
- Forever 21 Work it out!
Yep, forever 21 is collaborating with Lifestyle Yoga & Adventure HQ and is holding Saturday morning yoga classes for women from 8.30am to 9.30am in the month of October at both Bur Juman and Ibn Battuta mall branches. Make sure you register for this event before attending! You can contact me or leave a comment below if you need me to send you a sign-up form.
People who attend the event have the chance to upload a pic of their favourite yoga pose using #forever21me get a chance to win an AED 250 voucher. Good enough reason to work out, don’t you think?
2. Do YOU – By GuavaPass x Puma
Beyonce Dance? Yoga Fierce? Pound fit? It’s all happening at the Burj Club this coming weekend for women only from 14th to 15th October. It costs AED 100 per person for a max of three classes per day. You can sign up on the GuavaPass website here. If you spot me there, come say hi!

3) Wellness Weekend at Life N’One
This is one for the wellness fans! To celebrate their 2nd anniversary, the idyllic Life N’One cafe in Jumeirah is scheduling a wellness weekend on October 28th and 29th. More on this event soon!
From 7am to 8pm, this exciting fitness event at the stunning Talise Fitness crew will be held at the Souk Madinat Jumeirah on 28th October. You can choose to pay AED 50 per class or pay AED 150 for an all day access.
5) Yoga Fest
A community event of which proceeds go to charity, this one is high on my list! If you’re too busy for the month of October, come join me and a bunch of other budding yogis and yoginis for over a 100 hours of classes for free! This year, the event is in Dubai Internet City Amphitheatre from November 17th to 19th. This year’s proceeds go to the Dubai Foundation for Women and Children. Yoga with a cause, guys! What’s not to love?
